What Happens After I Purchase Premium?
As soon as your payment clears you are taken to your order details, and the Premium exam is activated on your account. Activation is usually quick — typically within an hour, and up to six hours at the outside — after which the full and mini simulations for that IT or security certification exam are yours to sit under My Premium Exams.
There is no separate confirmation step to wait on and nothing to install; the purchase and the access live on the same account. Two things happen after you pay, one immediately and one shortly behind it.
The Short Wait Before Your IT Exam Goes Live
The order itself is confirmed the moment you pay, but access to the Premium exam is switched on a little after that. Often it lands well within that hour; allow up to six hours before assuming anything has gone wrong. If the exam has still not appeared under My Premium Exams past that window, it is worth contacting support rather than buying again, since the order is already on file. Where to Find Your Order and Your IT Exam
Two places on your account hold what you need after a purchase. Sign in and open My account → Orders to see the order on record, which doubles as your purchase history and the route to your receipt. To practice, open My Premium Exams, where the exam you bought sits ready with its full and mini modes. From there the purchase is behind you and the rehearsal begins — what a Premium exam actually includes is set out in What Is Included in Premium Access?
In short: paying takes you to your order details, Premium switches on within the hour and at most within six, and everything lives in two spots — My account for the order, My Premium Exams for the practice itself.
